REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Important: According to our policy of exchange or cancel the order. You can cancel or exchange the order to a new item within 24 hours from the moment you place your order IF we haven’t made the product yet. This policy also applies with all the changes you want to make with your order including change size, design or shipping address, etc. 

  • Please keep in mind that there will be around 3% - 5% packages will get shipments problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, items not as described, wrong shipping/un-deliverable address, dishonest claims, lost by post office. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our products are all custom made order. This means you choose exactly what you want to purchase and we produce it (such as size, the design) so we DO NOT accept refund for such reasons.

We accept refund for orders that: 

Items that failed to deliver after:

  • 50 business days for US (add more 5 to 7 days due to Holidays, weather condition and the last few weeks of the year)
  • 60 business days for other country. EU, UK, CA, AU, ... (add more 5 to 7 days due to Holidays, weather condition and the last few weeks of the year)

We will issue a full refund to your credit card or PayPal.

However, we cannot accept refunds of:

  • non-defective products on the basis of our design.
  • No items can be returned for refund 7 days after receipt.
  • And we cannot accept the return of used items.

Received issues orders information

  • We need 7-15 days to receive your problem of order, reconcile information and prove to the production department about the order is wrong, damaged and then will produce & return items. 
  • In case of issues list above, please kindly take pictures or videos of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem, and preferred action: reshipment, refund or take credit.
  • Please contact our Customer Support Teams with full evidence, we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment & Refund can be arranged within 2 days.
  • Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, wrong items. Our 3D hoodies which have unbalanced issues is stated that it could happen. Those are not defective. So please be aware of that. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shynworld.com.com
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own costs if there is any unplanned cost.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shynworld.com
